This spacious ranch house has just been (as of Fall 2021) renovated with new appliances, flooring, paint, lighting etc. Which makes it a perfect for a family looking for a home away from home. Whether you are on vacation, a business trip, stationed nearby, or just need some time away, this could be the perfect fit for you.
There is a well-stocked kitchen that opens up into a spacious living room with beautiful natural light from the large front windows. The master bedroom has it own attached master bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom is perfect for the younger members of the family or a second couple! The main bathroom has a combo bath and shower.
Large open kitchen/living room area with sofa and loveseat for relaxing or can be used as an extra bed for that tag along person who is comfortable for that.
The breezeway/Fireplace room is large as well. With a desk at one end for your computer and business tasks. Chairs and Settee for visiting and games.
You are welcome to relax on the back patio and will have access to the large yard surrounding the house as well as garage and driveway parking. There is a patio in the back with furniture to relax as well as a gas grill for your meals. The house comes equipped with WiFi, heat/AC, washer and dryer.
It is conveniently located along Rt. 22 in Jonestown, PA, just off of I-81 and I-78 and within 1 hour driving distance of Hershey, Harrisburg, Lebanon, Lancaster, and Fort Indiantown Gap.

Summary: Had a nice stay here while visiting Hershey. Location was easy to get to and no noise issues despite being near the road. Everything we needed was there and the effort to make it extra special was noticed too; bread and eggs.

Summary: This is a very nice home. It was very clean & updated Comfortable beds. Beautiful landscaping with a nice sitting area & tree swing out back. Quick communication with the owners. The fresh bread with butter was a nice welcoming gift. Access to the garage to park your car was a nice bonus. Of note, it is located on a 4 lane highway, but there was little traffic on the 2 days we were there & no noticeable road noise inside the house. The front of the house does face the back of a hardware store. Overall, this was a great place for our family to stay for a short trip to Gettysburg & Hershey. We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend.

Summary: The house was wonderful. It’s exactly what we were looking for and it was exactly as advertised. Lisa and Jonathan are also very easy to get ahold of from start to finish. The house was so clean and inviting and had a warm feel. The set up outside with the patio and patio furniture as well as the landscaping, was also lovely. Also, the loaf of bread and butter and the personalized note when we walked in, were a very nice touch. The location was also very centrally located for the destinations that we had planned on our Pennsylvania family trip. We also loved that this house is close to a grocery store, pizza restaurant, gas stations, car wash and ice cream spot. These are all important to our family while traveling. Overall, it was a really great home!

Summary: Everything was perfect!! The house was adorably decorated and felt super cozy. Cute little touches from the bread and eggs to the hand written note. Very very clean. Perfect for families as it had the kids room and toys under the cabinet. The owner responded quickly about any questions I had about the area. The area was safe and no one bothered us. 10/10 experience for our spring break trip to visit Hershey. Thank you again for hosting us! We were sad to leave, but would love to come back again next time!

Summary: This place is like being in your own home. Big living areas where you dont feel cramped by space. Has a welcome home feeling even though it is not your own home. Plenty to see and do in the area, but our main reason for selecting this area is family lives close by place
